For me, so far this summer has been about simplicity. If you know me, you know how much I love to cook. This year I’ve been travelling so much, there hasn’t even been much point filling up my fridge because I’m not home long enough to finish anything!
So while I’m slowing everything down, I’ve been finding joy in browsing through farmers’ markets, and using what takes my interest to inspire my cooking.
