The Wellbeing Issue: How Dua Gets Through January

By now, most of us are probably back to the grind, doing our best to stick to any New Year’s resolutions. After indulging in all the food and wine in December, I like to jump back into my routine as quickly as possible.

Staying on top of my health is super important, especially since I’m on a break between touring.  So, if you’re also going through a busy period, here are six ways I stay healthy and active while navigating a hectic lifestyle...

  1. Take Glutathione Supplements – I have this daily; it’s a powerful antioxidant that helps protect your body from cellular damage and good for the immune system. 
  2. Have An Ice Bath – There’s nothing like a cold plunge to wake you up – the cold takes some getting used to, but it makes you feel amazing.
  3. Use A Theragun Regularly – When I’m on the road, my massage gun is my best friend. It’s brilliant for muscle recovery and preventing injury.
  4. Have Morning Ginger Shots – The best way to kickstart the day and give yourself another immunity boost.
  5. Head To The Sauna – They’re great for detoxifying, but I also love a sauna for helping me to de-stress and unwind.
  6. Do Some Pilates – It strengthens your core, improves posture, and helps flexibility... the benefits are endless. Plus, I just absolutely love it.
