To celebrate the launch, this week’s issue is a books special, including a piece by Douglas Stuart – author of June’s Monthly Read, Shuggie Bain – about the images that inspired the novel. This story of a young boy growing up with an alcoholic mother in 1980s Glasgow totally won my heart, and I can’t wait for us to explore it together.
