London Fashion Week Turns 40! Plus My 5 Up-And-Coming Designers To Know

This weekend, London Fashion Week is celebrating its 40th anniversary. As I can’t be there in person, we are marking the occasion with an issue full of design. I love this interview with Anna Jewsbury, the incredibly talented designer behind the London jewellery brand Completedworks. The team were lucky enough to visit her studio to discover what inspires her beautiful, sustainable pieces. We also explore how Depop is becoming an incubator for new design talent and introduce the husband-and-wife duo behind the Istanbul-based brand Les Benjamins, who are working to put Eastern fashion on the map.

I’ve always been so inspired by the creativity that emerges from fashion schools, having worn designs from many graduate designers in the past (some of whom are listed below!), so here are five up-and-coming designers currently on my radar at LFW, and click here for Service95’s full list of exciting young fashion talent to watch...

  1. Masha Popova
  2. Chet Lo
  3. Johanna Parv
  4. SRVC
  5. Sinéad O’Dwyer
