David Larbi

David Larbi is an author, creator and poet from London. Through his experimentation with diverse platforms and forms of expression, he has built an online community of over a million people based on introspection and emotional connection. His first book, Frequently Happy, was published with Penguin Random House in January 2025. The US edition of Frequently Happy was published in September 2025 with Sourcebooks. Upon its paperback release in 2026, Frequently Happy became an instant Sunday Times Bestseller.
