Dua’s List: 5 Cookbooks On My Kitchen Shelf Right Now

By Dua LipaOctober 19, 2023

Alongside music, food is one of the major passions of my life. I am never happier than sitting around a table with my closest friends, sharing delicious food. It’s why I’ve often written in this newsletter about my favourite places to eat (from Copenhagen to Los Angeles).

And because I love cooking at home just as much as eating out, here I’m sharing the five cookbooks on my kitchen shelf right now, including Pasta by Missy Robbins – the chef at one of my all-time favourite New York restaurants, Lilia. Each book is filled with recipes I come back to time and time again. I love the tarka dal soup from The New Vegetarian – it’s so warming, especially now as the weather is getting colder. I hope you’ll enjoy trying some of them too. Bon appétit!

2. River Cafe Cook Book Easy – Rose Gray and Ruth Rogers

3. The New Vegetarian – Alice Hart

4. The Noma Guide To Fermentation – René Redzepi and David Zilber

5. F*ck That’s Delicious – Action Bronson and Rachel Wharton
