Last summer, I had the pleasure of immersing myself in the vibrant energy of Madrid. And I couldn’t have loved it more – catching up with friends over mouth-watering food (and even better wine), and I even performed at Mad Cool Festival in front of the most gorgeous crowd. So I wanted to share a list of my favourite Madrid spots that I discovered while I was there. Add these to your list next time you find yourself in this incredible city... 

1. Sala De Despiece – Go for a delicious dinner of tapas-style sharing plates. 

2. Ultramarinos Quintín – A perfect spot for breakfast, lunch, dinner or cocktails.  

3. Chocolatería San Ginés – Where you’ll find the best churros.
