Recently, I was lucky enough to spend some time in Catalonia, visiting vineyards and discovering the incredible wines of the region. It was such a joy meeting some wonderful people and getting a behind-the-scenes look at the fascinating process of winemaking. I’ve shared a list of my favourite natural and organic winemakers to discover below. It got me thinking about the world of wine – historically white and male-dominated – and how it’s thankfully now changing.
