Day 1

FOR LUNCH, HEAD TO... Honto for excellent Japanese hidden down a laneway. Alternatively, check out the newly opened Central for delicious HK-style dumplings.
KICK THE EVENING OFF... with pre-dinner drinks at Bar Miette, a beautiful new space along the river near the historic Customs House.
CLAIM YOUR TABLE AT... Supernormal, a Melbourne favourite that opened in Brisbane last summer. Australian culinary legends Andrew McConnell and Jo McGann are behind the spot, and just like the OG location, the menu brings classic Tokyo, Shanghai, Seoul and Hong Kong vibes with a fresh twist. Don’t miss the famed lobster rolls.
Day 3

PICK UP PASTRIES AT... Lune Croissanterie, home to what many call Australia’s best croissant.
GET YOUR CULTURE FIX AT... the Queensland Art Gallery & Gallery of Modern Art (QAGOMA). A leisurely walk along the river brings you to this iconic spot, where you can explore stunning contemporary art from Australia, Asia and the Pacific.
FUEL UP WITH LUNCH AT... back in the James Street precinct and dive into some delicious Italian at Biànca. Grab a spot at one of the communal tables and enjoy top-class dishes in their bright and airy dining space.
